Objective	This cruise involved obtaining better knowledge about the first levels of the biological environment associated with the dynamics of tropical instability waves. The data should be used as benchmarks and control for implementing a model combining the physical environment and the biological environment. The related programme is PICOLO, ORSTOM programme and national PNDR programme.
