| Objective | 1. Inventory and identification of the footprints of sources of various dissolved organic contaminants, both particulate and sedimentary, in the three zones of the estuary (fluvial zone at Poses, zone subjected to urban and industrial discharges between Tancarville and Poses and the downstream zone at Honfleur); 2. Study of the distribution of the selected compounds (organochlorine, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and herbicides) between the phases; 3. Study of variations in the coefficients of distribution attributed to the effect of suspended matter concentrations. This falls under the Seine-Aval programme. |
