Objective	This cruise was part of the programme for quarterly assessments of the quantities of various species (hake, sole, Nephrops prawn, etc.) discarded by fishing vessels (individuals under the legal landing size). This information, along with data collected from the demographic structure of landings (using samples from fish auctions), are critical for the evolution of commercial fish stocks. Along with this, other occasional operations included collection of biological material, monitoring of macro-waste pollution, etc.

Summary of measurements

Fisheries: 32 trawl hauls between the Glénan islands and the mouth of the Gironde River.
-Biology: measurements taken systematically for hake, sole, Nephrops, whiting, seabass, angler and goatfish.
-Pollution: inventory of marine litter (plastic, glass, etc.) found in trawl hauls; fish collected in the framework of the SCPRI/IFREMER agreement.
Eco-toxicology: 2 hydrology stations to find Dinophysis.
