Objective Acquiring information about the demography and biology of fished populations and their hydroclimate environment in the Celtic Sea and the Bay of Biscay. - Building a time series of abundance and recruitment indexes for the stocks assessed at ICES. - Studying how the spatial organization of populations evolves. - Intercalibration between RV Thalassa and RV Cornide de Saavedra. The related project is Fisheries assessment - fisheries ecosystems - fisheries information system - under the European "Evaluation of demersal resources of South-western Europe from standardized Groundfish Surveys" contract associating France, Spain and Portugal.
