Objective Taking samples of marine particles by filtration using in situ pumps in order to study in vitro the biodegradation of these particles by combining biological parameters (LMM) and trace metals (UMR5566). Water and particle samples taken in order to study isotopes of thorium (232Th, 230Th) on a vertical profile (DYFAMED site at 30 nautical miles) to determine the exchanges between solution/colloids and particles through the water column. This cruise fell under the DYFAMED project.
