• ENVIRONMENT

• -Trawling to catch flat fish like dab and flounder, dragonets. For each haul, the following steps were performed:
  -Taking consistent samples of fish on 10 individuals of the same sex and size.
  -Sampling and identifying livers and muscles on each fish and preparing them to be kept in liquid nitrogen for analysis in the laboratory.
  -Identifying and counting flounder: looking for flounders presenting necrosis.
  -Biochemical EROD analyses are done at Port en Bessin. AChE analyses are done in Nantes by Gilles Bocquené,
  -Studies on other biomarkers by the Laboratory of ecotoxicology in Nantes and PAH are dealt with by DEL CCM in Brest.
