Summary of measurements	-Temperature measured both subsurface (leg) and vertically (profile) using a temperature probe. -Water samples taken subsurface and at -10 metres in Niskin bottles. -This water was sampled for various analyses and filtered to study the particulate fraction. -Primary production: incubations and filtrations. -Zooplankton sampled using nets with breakdown of collected specimens. -Water samples taken for bacteriology studies.
