Objective Identification of trophic paths on metal pollutant transfers in a coastal shellfish farming area (analysis of speciation and bioavailability of metals in dissolved and particulate matrices (mineral and organic)). Studying the behavior of metallic trace elements (MTE) in estuarine salinity and turbidity gradients in the Gironde and Charente estuaries. Analyzing MTE concentrations in water and sediments of the Gironde and the Charente as far as the Bay of Marennes Oléron. 3 trips to sea were made for this cruise in 2009: from 16 to 20 March 2009; from 1st to 5 June 2009 and from 18 to 21 September 2009. The cruise is part of the national EC2CO ' CYTRIX VOTR'TRAM programme.
