Objective BENGRI is an acronym for BENthos dans la zone de GRIs-nez. 3rd theme: production. 1 to 2 days per month. In existence since 1987. Estimating the production and main fluxes of matter (nutrition, secretion, respiration and reproduction) at the water-population interface on pebbles in the Dover Strait/Pas de Calais in terms of carbon and nitrogen. This estimation was initially based on the three principal species in the population (>97% of biomass).
