Objective | Long-term monitoring of hydrological and biogeochemical conditions in the Gulf of Lion, in the framework of the PNOC national coastal oceanography programme. Two legs from shore to offshore located at the entrance and exit of the margin are studied every two months. Fluxes of matter are measured using seven moored particle traps distributed over three sites. The mooring lines are upgraded every six months. The related project is PNOC/ "CHANTIER MEDITERRANEE". |
