Objective There were two main objectives to the Rebhalio/1 cruise surveys: (1) supply additional information about the characterization of marine habitats in very shallow water in the Bay of Camaret, in the framework of the benthic monitoring network (REBENT/Brittany), and (2) provide station-based monitoring of the Rozegat marl bed in the Bay of Brest (WFD marl monitoring). The geographical boundaries of the 2 working areas studied were: Bay of Camaret: North: 48°18'N - South: 48°17'N - West: 4°37'W - East: 4°34'W and 'Banc du Bindy' bay of Brest: North: 48°21'N - South: 48°17'N - West: 4°26'W - East: 4°20'W. This is part of the REBENT project.
