Objective Mastering the physical and dynamic parameters describing the internal structure of the front and the geostrophic flow; primary and secondary circulation. Detailed characterization at primary and secondary levels of the ecosystem closely linked to the physical structure. Assessment of fluxes of matter and elements, especially carbon and nitrogen in the frontal zone and adjacent zones between the surface and deep layers.
