Objectif 1) Téphrochronologie (reconstitution de l'histoire du volcanisme explosif de l'arc indonésien) ; 2) Paléomagnétisme ; 3) Paléo-océanologie. Obtenir des carottes marines recouvrant les dernières centaines de milliers d'années pour répondre à des programmes de recherche des sujets 1, 2 et 3.
