Objective The cruises objectives were to determine recruitment indexes for important species of commercial interest in the North Sea (herring-sprat, mackerel, cod, haddock, whiting and Norway pout) and to collect additional data for all species fished (number, weight, size distribution, age), mostly on flat fish (dab, plaice and lemon sole).
