Objective	Observation of hydrological structures at 165 E between 20 S and 10 N, studying the interannual variability of this structure, in relation to the El Nino phenomenon. Estimating transport of water masses at 165 E, by directly measuring the current and performing geostrophic calculations. Studying the wind's action on ocean surface layers (0-500 m) from instrumented buoys moored between 5 S and 8 N.
