Objective Detailed surveying of the submarine extension of the Piton de la Fournaise (Reunion Island). The key objective was to create accurate mapping of the volcanic structures and sedimentary figures linked to parasitic instability phenomena. To achieve this goal, use of the SAR was required. SAR trials were also conducted.
