Objective	Quantifying the penetration of carbonic gas in the western Indian Ocean by studying the geochemical and dynamic interactions that take part in its cycle. Determining fluxes and residence times of different water masses to acquire better knowledge about the general circulation in this region.

-16 'shallow' stations including: 3 or 4 CTD arrays with twelve 12L bottles, 2 arrays with ten 30L bottles, 1 vertical net between 200 m, 1 horizontal net at the surface (for 15 to 30 minutes).
-5 CTD stations with twelve 12L bottles.
-1 station with ten 30L bottles at 6,500 metres.
-While in transit between stations, continuous measurements taken of various parameters: pCO2, T, S, weather, drift, etc.
