Objective Study of the physicochemical characteristics (temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients) of the water masses located between the Kerguelen archipelago and the bay of Pritz. Study of the relationships between these characteristics, the distribution of Euphausia superba (Krill) populations and the physiological production parameters of these populations (nutrition, fecundity, assimilation). Study of the distribution of fish larvae, various pelagic fish, demersal fish, benthic organisms, birds and cetaceans.
