Objective Sediment sampling for analysis of chemical contaminants (heavy metals, organochlorines, PAH). One part of the samples will be used for WFD (EU water framework directive) monitoring and to meet France's monitoring obligations in the frame of the international OSPAR convention. The related project is ROCCH (chemical contamination observation network).
