Objectif Dans le cadre du programme FORCLIM (financement ANR 2006-2008), l'objectif est de développer un modèle éco-physiologique prédisant les flux de production de certaines espèces de foraminifères planctoniques, représentatives des principaux systèmes écologiques, ainsi que leur habitat (profondeur, saisonnalité), à partir d'un forçage climatique. Les paramétrisations éco-physiologiques et géochimiques/isotopiques doivent être déterminées par les données obtenues grâce aux campagnes en mer. Les données issues des filets ouvrant-fermant et des pièges à sédiment permettront d'évaluer les flux exportés des différentes espèces de foraminifères et l'acquisition de leurs signaux isotopiques et géochimiques en fonction de leur profondeur d'habitat et de leur période de développement. Cette campagne fait suite aux campagnes PECH1 (juin 2006), PECH3 (Avril 2007), PECH4 (Novembre 2007) et PECH5 (Mars 2008). Le projet de rattachement est ANR FORCLIM (coordinateur L.Labeyrie, LSCE).
