Objective In situ measurements of physical-chemical parameters in the salinity gradient of the Gironde estuary, the plus and the Bay of Marennes-Oléron. Sampling water, suspended matter and especially plankton in the Gironde river plume and the Bay of Marennes-Oléron, including at the mouths of the Charente and Seudre rivers and the Pertuis de Maumusson. Days at sea were on the following dates: from 02/04 to 09/04, from 02/07 to 05/07 and from 23/11 to 29/11. The cruise was related to the EC2CO CYTRIX « VOTR'TRAM » project.
