Objective Study of the relationships between the benthic fauna of the continental margin, from 200 to 2000 metres, and the origin of the very contrasting water masses of the Iberian-Moroccan Gulf region and the Alboran Sea (basins separated by the Strait of Gibraltar). Study of the Atlantic/Mediterranean faunal transit, in relation to hydrological and sedimentological parameters.
