| Objective | The purpose of the MORUTENE programme is to assess and manage cod stocks exploited by the French fishery in the NW Atlantic (NAFO divisions 4R and 3P). This cruise is designed to sample the main stocks: calculation of abundance indices, sampling for population dynamics studies, and study of trophic and thermal factors determining concentrations. |
