Objective VT 98 / BISCOT (BIS-SCOTland) was piggy-backing done during MD 169 / MICROSYSTEMS cruise. CASQ core sampling inside and outside (off Belle Ile) the Bay of Quiberon to calibrate the existing very high resolution seismics in order to understand how the bay was filled from a paleo-climate standpoint. Identifying the reflector at Turitelles and comparison with the filling of Loch Sunart (Scotland). This cruise is related to the CLIMAT (ACI/INSU) project led by A. Baltzer (2003-2006).
