Objectif

MD 169/MICROSYSTEMS (MICROBIAL DIVERSITY AND FUNCTIONALITY IN COLD-WATER CORAL REEF ECOSYSTEMS) inclut plusieurs programmes : VT 98/BISCOT (Agnès BALTZER - Université de Caen) / VT 99/CALYTEST (Jean-François BOURILLET (IFREMER)) / VT 100/AMOCINT INETI (Antje VOLKER - INETI) / VT 101BATHY GU (Hélène LEAU (IPEV)) / 11ème université flottante (David GRAINDORGE (IEUM)).

Voici les différents objectifs :

  • MD 169/MICROSYSTEMS : étude de la variabilité environnementale, climatique et océanographique de l'Atlantique Nord lors des périodes glaciaires et interglaciaires.
  • VT 98/BISCOT : collecte de sédiments dans la baie de Quiberon pour comparaison avec ceux d'Ecosse puis étude à haute résolution de la variabilité climatique lors des derniers 20 000 ans.
  • VT 99/CALYTEST : étude du comportement du carottier Calypso II sur une zone ou les caractéristiques des sédiments sont connues (zone de Mériadzek).
  • VT 100/AMOCINT INETI : reconstitution de la variabilité de la circulation thermohaline en Atlantique nord pendant les périodes interglaciaires.
  • VT 101/BATHY GU : Cartographie bathymétrique de la marge Nord-ouest Marocaine.
