Objectif La série des campagnes ECLAIR (de mars à août 2008) a pour objectif le suivi temporel de l'écosystème planctonique dans le panache de la Gironde, habitat essentiel à la viabilité de la population d'anchois du golfe de Gascogne. Couvrant l'ensemble de sa saison de développement, ces campagnes permettront de préciser l'environnement physique, trophique (phyto- et zooplancton), ainsi que la distribution verticale des oeufs et larves, autant d'éléments déterminants pour mieux appréhender la survie larvaire et finalement le recrutement de l'anchois du golfe de Gascogne. Cette première campagne ECLAIR (Mars 2008) nous a fourni des éléments sur les conditions hydrologiques en fin de printemps, au coeur de la saison de ponte de l'anchois. La campagne est rattachée au projet STRADA (Stratégie Adaptative des populations) du programme DEMOSTEM.
