DYNAMIQUE ET DURABILITÉ DES ÉCOSYSTÈMES : DE LA SOURCE À L'OCÉAN

Objectif La mission RetroB a pour but de récolter les échantillons de macrofaune benthique (benne quantitative et chalut à perche) et de poissons (chalut à perche) qui permettront de : - Actualiser (par rapport à la situation de 1985) les connaissances sur les peuplements benthiques de la nourricerie dans son extension maximale ; - Définir la structure trophique de la communauté bentho-démersale de la baie de Vilaine grâce à l'étude du couplage benthos / poissons bentho-démersaux ; -Contribuer à l'élaboration des indicateurs de qualité ou de fonctionnalité pertinents de la nourricerie de la baie. Cette mission est inscrite dans les axes habitats et dynamiques trophiques du laboratoire d'écologie halieutique. Elle se rattache au projet AMPHORE (ANR Biodiversité) piloté par l'IRD Brest et au projet ISOBENT (ECO2CO-PNEC, MED) piloté par l'IUEM Brest.
