Objective

Verification of Nautile's operational capabilities after its 4th major overhaul. -Developments in Poseidon long-base positioning system (version 4.1) validated for Nautile. Operational teams were created. CTD - Rosette lost during the POTESMER cruise aboard l'Europe was retrieved at 2350 m. The Antares basket not recovered during the NEUTRIVIC 6 mission was retrieved using Victor. Verification of Robin's operational capabilities after its overhaul. RV l'Atalante's deep water cable was used to recover a target simulating Nautile immobilized on the seabed. The working zones were: Zone Antares South Porquerolles (Zonex 11) - Zone Stoechades (Zonex 20 & 41) - Zone South East Nice (Zonex 28) - West Corsica (Zonex 64) - Cap Bénat (Zonex 3 & 4) - East Stoechades (Zonex 24).
