Summary of measurements |
- -Temperature, salinity from 0 to 800 m, turbidity and chlorophyll fluorescence from 0 to 100 m.
-A 6 levels between 0 and 100 m: oxygen, NO3, NO2, SIO3, dry weight, utermohl, particle size distribution, chlorophyll a, ATP, metallic elements Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Hg, chemical analysis of particles Fe, Si, ça, Al. -Heterogeneous vertical triple net (100 u, 190 u and 600 u) for flora and fauna inventory. -Homogeneous triple vertical net (190 u) for dry weight, determination of reserve substances and study of nutrition and growth. -Horizontal larval net for determination and vertical distribution of weight and physiological characteristics of the main species. -Every 20 seconds: measurement of T, S, O2, fluorescence, turbidity, NO3, NO2, SIO3. -Every 10 minutes: sampling of mesozooplankton with the Hai tube (600 u): 6214 samples, 170 for the determination of digestive enzymes and soluble proteins.) -Each hour: particle size analysis (335 analyses), 90 u probe at the Coulter Counter.
