Objective	Intensive exploration of two sectors located on either side of the WALVIS ridge in the Cape and Angola basins to assess the barrier role of the ridge on the distribution of fauna, the particular sedimentological characteristics in the two deep basins and their influences on the quantity and distribution of organisms.
