Objectif La campagne BIOVEMA avait un double objectif : de déterminer le rôle de la fracture VEMA (11N, Océan Atlantique) dans les échanges faunistiques Ouest-Est au niveau des communautés abyssales de l'Atlantique tropical, de préciser la répartition spatiale des organismes de profondeur sur une échelle réduite (modèle de micro-distribution) à l'aide de prélèvements répétés.
