Summary of measurements |
- -A line of sediment traps was positioned at the WH station, recovered and moored in the same place: 2 TECHNICAP PPS5 traps (equipment from INSU) were moored at 800 and 1,700 m.
-Closing plankton net with 9 fishing intervals on stations WH and A: 0-20 m; 20-40 m; 40-60 m; 60-80 m; 80-100 m; 100-200 m; 200-300 m; 300-500 m; 500-700 m. -Closing plankton net with 8 fishing intervals on stations B and K: 0-20 m; 20-40 m; 40-60 m; 60-80 m; 80-100 m; 100-200 m; 200-300 m; 300-500 m. -Closing plankton net with 5 fishing intervals on stations D, FP15 and G: 0-20 m; 20- 40 m; 40-60 m; 60-80 m; 80-100 m. -Samples were treated with alcohol and Rose Bengal in order to study the living foraminifer fauna. -CTD-oxygen meter-fluorimeter profile on stations WH, A, B and D. -Samples taken with 12-bottle rosette at stations WH, A and D. -Measurements of dissolved fraction of nitrate, phosphate, nitrite, ammonium, sigmaCO2, dissolved iron, sulphate, dissolved silica, pH, alkalinity and dissolved manganese. -Measurements taken on suspended particles of iron ascorbate, manganese ascorbate, phosphorus ascorbate and organic carbon. -234TH and chlorophyll measurements.
