Objective | The objective of the DYFAMED observation service is to build long time series of internationally defined basic hydrological and biogeochemical or JGOFS "core" parameters in the Ligurian Sea, in order to understand long-term variations in carbon-cycle related processes, and more generally to study the ocean's response to anthropogenic and climate perturbations in the North-western Mediterranean Basin. See website http://www.obs-vlfr.fr/sodyf Following the CSOA's audit, INSU decided to close the DYFAMED observation service in July 2007. However, to render the long DYFAMED time series more lasting, the OOV decided to continue the acquisition of the minimal parameters (with a once a month cruise called "MOOSE"). The following dates were days at sea in 2007 for DYFAMED: 22-24/01, 24-28/02, 3-6/04, 14-16/05, 24-26/06, 11-12/07. The following dates were days at sea in 2007 for PRE-MOOSE : 02/09, 06/10, 05/11, 14/12. |
