Objective The study programme of the CINECA cruise has two main axes: Search for a representation, as synoptic as possible, of the hydrobiological structure in the three dimensions of space; Study of the laws of population development observed in relation to the main physico-chemical parameters of the environment, in order to better understand the functioning of ecosystems.
