| Objective | A new beam trawl adopted for this cruise was tested and adjusted. Building a multiannual series of sole abundance trends in the Bay of Biscay and of the related ichthyofauna in beam trawl hauls. Day and night comparisons were made for sole yields in order to see if night trawling remains necessary when using the new beam trawl adopted for this cruise. |
