Objective Estimation of the spatial distribution area and abundance of small pelagic fish. Estimation of the spatial distribution area and abundance of anchovy juveniles. Characterization of environmental (physical and biological) conditions in the study area. Mapping of higher predators (sea birds and marine mammals). Studying how anchovy juveniles are recruited. This falls under the ECOPEL project (IEO in-house project).
