Objective

Mapping the distribution of the main populations and different facies of the fine more or less silty sand communities of Abra alba in the eastern Bay of Seine; Assessing the population's long-term evolution in response to the progressive silting up of the bay, through a comparison with previously acquired data from 1987, 1988, 1991, 1996 and 2001; determine the population's health status using biological indicators and analyzing life history traits. This cruise fell under the SEINE-AVAL project.
