Objectif

Les objectifs principaux :

  • Fonctionnement à l'échelle orbitale de la mousson et de la circulation océanique de surface associée,
  • Étude du volcanisme Philippin via l'étude des niveaux de tephra,
  • Fonctionnement dans le  passé du  courant Kuroshio et du courant de Mindanao dans le Pacifique occidental.
  • Carottages dans des sédiments à haut taux de sédimentation en vue de reconstitutions paléoclimatiques (Paléomousson).

Le projet de rattachement est le projet "IMAGES".
