| Objective | Perfecting 2 passive techniques designed to catch different age classes of hake and which could be used in the framework of the integrated Mediterranea programe's Hake food chain project. These were semi-floating long lines and folding fish pots. The techniques were to be tested on steep shoals and the continental slope of the Gulf of Lion and in the Rhone plume. |
