Objectif Etude du contrôle de la production primaire et de l'exportation du carbone en profondeur par les organismes hétérotrophes et par les perturbations impulsionnelles : (1) facteurs de contrôle de la floraison phytoplanctonique automnale (disponibilité en sels nutritifs et broutage du zooplancton), (2) influence de la diversité structurelle et fonctionnelle du réseau hétérotrophe (bactéries, zooplancton) sur le flux exporté en profondeur, (3) impacts des forçages physiques épisodiques, tels que les coups de vent, sur la dynamique du système biologique, (4) effet de la transition saisonnière sur l'évolution de l'écosystème à plus long terme. Le programme de rattachement est le programme PROOF (Processus biogéochimiques dans l'océan et flux). La zone de travail est la zone DYFAMED du Service d'Observation de l'INSU. Les dates de sortie en mer sont les suivantes : du 13/09/2004 au 17/09/2004 et du 20/10/2004 au 24/10/2004.
