Objective	Characterization of Quaternary sediment cover in the South-West lagoon in New Caledonia. This cruise is related to several projects: on links between land and sea on continental margins (UMR Domaines Océaniques), studying variations in sea level since the last interglacial (UR "Paléotropiques" IRD in Noumea), neotectonic studies conducted by UMR Géosciences Azur and SEM-NC (head scientist Y Lafoy).
