Summary of measurements |
- -Physical oceanography : temperature, salinity, ADCP current meter.
-Chemistry: NO3, NO2, NH4, PO4, DIC, alkalinity, POC, DOC, PON, DON, POP, DOP. -Pigments (chlorophylls and phycoerythrines) of phytoplankton using the spectrofluorimeter. -Picophyotoplankton and bacterial cell counts using flow cytometer. -Delta-N15, delta-C13 and delta-O18. Total iron and dissolved iron. -Primary production, nitrogenous production and diazotrophy in the water column. -Phosphate assimilation and phosphorus cycle. -Bacterial production. -Samples taken in 35 µm net. Diazotrophic cyanobacteria counts. -Measurements using the Simbada and Hydroscat, measuring absorption and the dissolved fraction.
