Objective Locating areas of presence and fishing of juveniles (individual born during the year 2003) to validate the larval drift and larval survival modules which are the elements making up the anchovy recruitment model and drift due to currents in a hydrodynamic model of the Bay of Biscay). Hydrological and plankton characterization of juveniles' habitats. Deploying measurement tools (scientific equipment): mesopelagic trawl, laser optical particle counter (LOPC). This falls under the Integrated approach to the Bay of Biscay project.
