- -CTD (SBE19) profiles using PAR sensors, turbidity and fluorescence in situ.
- Water samples were taken to analyze dissolved nutrients. - Water samples and filtration to analyze particulate matter. - Water samples to analyze dissolved metals (retention on water column). -Water samples and filtering for isotope analyses (210Pb/210Po, 234Th/238U). -Sequential filtering (200, 20, 2 and 0.2 micron) in situ for isotope analyses (210Pb/210Po, 234Th/238U). -Zooplankton samples for isotope analyses (210Pb/210Po, 234Th/238U) of organisms and faecal pellets. - Water samples to analyze plankton communities in terms of abundance (bacteria, autotrophic picoplankton, nano- and microphytoplankton, protists) and diversity (bacteria). -Water samples and analysis of bacterial and plankton primary production (total, >2, >10 m, under constant light 300 microE). -Sediment samples and analyses of benthic primary production and respiration.
