| Objective | This cruise was realized in the frame of the monitoring program of the Marine Water Framework Directive (MWFD) as planned for the Descriptor 8 with the Direction de l'Eau et de la Biodiversité (DEB). Sampling of alive Mullus barbatus individuals was realized by trawling at different stations located in the Golfe of Lion: measurement of biological markers known to be suitable indicators of pollution effects on marine ecosystem and determination of tissue concentrations of some major pollutants. |
