| Objective | Biomorphosedimentary study of the marine coastal domain around the Penly power plant. The studies to be performed in 2014 aim to confirm the biosedimentary units in the sector between Dieppe and Criel-sur-Mer and to estimate their evolution since 2008. As for all of the previous surveys, from 1988 to 2008, the methodology will be based on associating various complementary techniques: sidescan sonar, bathymetric echosounder, Van Veen grab for sediment samples, Hamon grab for fauna samples, additional data using sub-bottom profiler (EDO towfish). This falls under the IGA (impact of major developments) project. |
