Objective The objective of the CAMELIA cruises (4 in all) is to supply scientific teams (from IFREMER, BRGM, IFSTTAR and Universities of Nantes and Angers) with environmental samples (water, suspended matter, plankton, etc.) essential for characterizing the study area, assessing anthropogenic contamination and studying the biogeochemical functioning of the Loire estuary. The related project is the network of environmental monitoring and surveillance of the Universe Sciences Observatory of Nantes and Angers (RS2E - OSUNA) 2012-2015".
