Objective Monitoring of variability over time and space of the Polar front's vertical structure. Estimation of vertical and horizontal diffusivities of eddies in the region, which are essential parameters to determine the structure and force of Meridional Overturning Circulation (MOC) in the southern ocean. Two hydrographic legs were performed using expendable XCTDs. This falls under the TOSCA-OSTST/CNES project.
