Objective The BobEco Bay Of Biscay - ECOlogy cruise will enable very high resolution study of the spatial structure of communities associated with the coral ecosystem and its genetic, chemical and microbiological characterization, as well as the presence of deep sea fish. The impact of fisheries on communities and genetic structure will be estimated. The cruise had 2 legs: Leg 1 from 10/09/2011 to 22/09/2011 and Leg2 from 23/09/2011 to 11/10/2011. The cruise was related to the CoralFish project.
