Objective Determining fluxes at the water-sediment interface and comparing methods based on in situ incubation chambers (benthic chambers) and ex situ techniques based on sedimentary core samples (incubations and microprofile measurements using micro-electrodes). Measuring vertical particle fluxes with a 24-hr resolution during the cruise. The related national programs are: the "PNEC New Caledonia worksite" project and the IRD "Camelia Research Unit" project.
